LOWDOWN: Spacy Tracy came off a winter layoff to finish last of seven in the Grade 3 Azeri at Oaklawn Park, but she was facing a Grade 1 field that included the top-class fillies Havre de Grace and Blind Luck. In her final start last year, Spacy Tracy won the Grade 2 Top Flight going a mile over this track, and we like the cutback to seven furlongs.
