The original idea was for Showtime’s “CBS 60 Minutes Sports” to provide a behind-the-scenes look at many mostly unseen and/or unknown elements to staging Sunday’s Super Bowl. But there was no planning or anticipating anything when the lights went out, early in the third quarter.

At that point, with correspondent Armen Keteyian and crew in the NFL Control Booth, the show had a totally spontaneous, script-proof story to show and tell. See it tonight at 10 on Showtime.
