A fan had a less than memorable moment during the Sacramento Kings’ game on Saturday night.

The man, sitting courtside for the action, became sick and vomited across the court during the fourth quarter.

Officials were forced to delay the game for about 20 minutes. The incident occurred near the visiting Utah Jazz’ bench.

Kings mascot Slamson the Lion assisted stadium employees in the clean-up effort. The fan was reportedly escorted out of his Golden 1 Center seats.

Rudy Gobert of the Jazz wished the fan well following the incident.

“I actually made eye contact with him,” Gobert said via The Salt Lake Tribune. “He was smiling. He was smiling and throwing up at the same time.”

That came as the Jazz were on a 12-2 run to start the final period and led 96-82.

“That was a strange situation,” Utah coach Quin Snyder said. “We had gone on a pretty good run before that happened. We did a good job of keeping or concentration throughout.”

The Jazz beat the Kings 123-105.
