Nicki Minaj took aim at Jesse Palmer on Tuesday, stating that the former Giants quarterback and current “DailyMailTV” host had “better have a good lawyer” in a scathing Instagram post.

“You just lied on me on nat’l TV & now you’re being sued. You better be able to back up what you just said about me with FACTS. #SuperFacts #Defamation,” she wrote.

Minaj also tweeted, “You going to jail,” and “The barbz are getting more tuition & student loan money after I sue this hoe @JessePalmert TV.”

The threat of Minaj’s lawsuit could stem from Palmer’s commentary on the hip-hop star’s personal affairs, which includes her relationship with sex offender Kenny Petty.

In a clip from an episode of Palmer’s show, obtained by SportsGossip.com, Palmer said, “Her fans are also worried because this isn’t the first time Nicki Minaj has defended a sex offender.”

Jelani Maraj, Minaj’s older brother, was found guilty of raping his 11-year-old stepdaughter. She visited her sibling in jail following the conviction in November 2017.

Petty pleaded guilty to the attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl in 1995. Minaj vehemently defended him online recently.

“He was 15, she was 16 … in a relationship,” she commented, according to The Blast. “But go awf, internet, y’all can’t run my life. y’all can’t even run y’all own life.”
