Call it a two-for-one?
A 73-year-old New Yorker recorded two holes-in-one Sunday during a round of golf at Granada Golf Course in Coral Gables, Fla., according to PGA.com.
Margery Hadar, who only began playing golf three years ago, holed out on the 164-yard No. 5 hole and the 112-yard No. 7 hole on the par-3 course.
“It’s very exciting to have a hole-in-one, but to do it twice is something nobody else would believe,” the real estate broker told PGA.com. “I used a driver on both holes, which I know sounds unbelievable.”
Hadar is a women’s league member at Sag Harbor Golf Club, and measured her handicap last year at “above-30.”
“My dad was a great golfer,” she said. “He would have been so happy to see me do this.”
