Danielle Kang may want to invest in a mouth guard for her next snooze.

While stretching ahead of the opening round of Thursday’s LGPA Singapore tournament, the 25-year-old golfer fell asleep, only to wake up with a broken tooth.

“I broke my tooth. I fell asleep during stretching. I don’t know what’s going on,” Kang said, per Golf.com. “I was stretching out on the floor and next thing I know, I slept 30 minutes.”

Despite the timing of the freak injury, Kang stayed calm under pressure.

“I broke a tooth. Call the dentist on range. It’s all good,” she said.

Fortunately, her tooth didn’t bother her much on the course as Kang went bogey-free for the day, shooting 4-under for 68.

“Every time I hit a shot, I’m like, it keeps scratching — it’s raw here, but it’s OK. I just don’t chew on this side. I’ll be fine,” Kang said.

The HSBC Women’s World Championship runs through Sunday.
