Tiger Woods and his 12-year-old son, Charlie, are playing together in the PNC Championship in Orlando this weekend.

This father-son soiree marks the first time Woods has returned to golf competition since his harrowing car accident, in which he almost lost his leg, this past February.

With that as the backdrop, Woods was shown the viral video where his son has so many of the Tiger mannerisms we’ve seen over the years.

Woods smiled from ear to ear at the outset of the video.

“Two things that stick out,” he said. “The timing of the twirls and the pickup of the tee.”

“Just the nose thing that we have,” Tiger observed, as the video showed them both wiping their nose. “We both have allergies, so we both struggle on the golf course. We get like wind blown or we’re both sniffing. Just that little thing that we both have.”

“Oh, that’s awesome,” he says at the end of the video.

Tiger Woods has had improbable comebacks before, but if he can muster the strength to compete in majors — let alone win them — it will truly be something to behold in 2022 and beyond.
