If you are a Knick fan, wondering when you can get to the Garden for a game, hold on. The details have to be worked out yet.

Step One was taken care of yesterday when the players ratified the owners’ proposal, ending the six-month lockout, but the agreement still has to be written up by the lawyers, so teams have not yet been cleared to conduct regular business. That means no chasing of free agents, no practice and no old-fashioned tickets.

For fans wanting to know about tickets and opponents, this much is known: The Knicks have sent season ticket holders ducats marked A through J. That’s how the games will be known. Game B will be the second game of the season, whether that game is against the Bulls or the Clippers. Game C will mark the third game, all the way through game No. 10 and J.

Training camp will be a week long and will take place locally as opposed to a location like Charleston. More information is expected to trickle out today. The key is for the NBA to finalize a schedule.
