Iceland’s Phallological Museum, which displays “phalluses from whales, seals, bears and other mammals,” has received its first human donation. It came from native Pall Arason, who died at age 95 in January — hopefully not from castration . . . Brett Favre supposedly was interested in bequeathing a donation to the museum, but curators were quick to decline the offer after squinting to see a text he sent of Little Brett. Word is they have a strict policy against accepting unendowed endowments.
