Dale Earnhardt Jr. will soon be a father of two.

On Wednesday, wife Amy Earnhardt revealed she’s expecting the couple’s second child, first sharing a clip of 1-year-old daughter Isla reacting to the news, including the hashtag, “#gonnabeaseester.”

Later in the day, Amy, 37, posted a video of Dale’s reaction, with the NASCAR star, 45, responding: “Shocked and confused me was very happy.”

Amy has not yet disclosed her due date.

After tying the knot in 2016, Dale and Amy confirmed a year later that they were expecting their first child. Isla was born in April 2018.

Dale, who was involved in a plane crash last August, previously gushed about parenthood in a 2019 interview with For the Win, telling the outlet of he and Amy, “We both love going in there to get her in the morning and being the first person she sees because she has this giant smile on her face, and she peeks through this little crack to see who’s there.”
