Paige Spiranac hopes to be a source of positivity for her 2.3 million Instagram followers amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“I’ve been trying to be positive with all my content, so I’ve been posting home workouts, home golf tips,” Spiranac recently told The Post. “Anything that can take someone’s mind off what’s going on cause it’s really scary.”

With the White House and the CDC urging the public to stay home and to avoid social gatherings of 10 or more in hopes of slowing the spread of COVID-19, the “Playing A Round” podcast host continues to check on fans via social media, encouraging them to take precautions more seriously.

“I’ve had a couple friends say in the beginning, ‘Oh, this doesn’t matter, I’m young,’ and you step back for a second and you’re like, ‘Okay, you can’t say that,'” Spiranac said. “We all have to work together on this, and you can’t be selfish. You have to think of other people.”

Spiranac believes the uncertain circumstances will be “a good learning experience for a lot of people.”

“I think people are starting to get it now, and I think we’re all trying to be there for each other,” she said.

As of Tuesday, there are over 163,000 coronavirus cases in the US, according to the CDC. Despite the grim forecast, Spiranac is keeping her head up and her followers at the forefront.

“I just want to keep putting out really good content for people during this time, and trying to be a positive light for them cause I know how hard this can be,” she said.
