Ishaq Williams needs more time.

Lincoln’s All-American two-way star won’t be committing to Penn State, Syracuse or Notre Dame during Saturday’s U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas, which will be aired live on NBC at 1 p.m., The Post has exclusively learned. Instead, the 6-foot-6, 220-pound dynamo, a five-star recruit by Scout.com and the seventh-rated defensive end in the country, will make his selection next week, a well-placed source said.

Notre Dame, Syracuse and Penn State remain the only three options. There have been rumblings Williams would visit Miami, but that is not the case, the source said. Williams took official visits to Notre Dame and Syracuse and has been on the Penn State campus several times. He attended Syracuse’s 36-34 win over Kansas State in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx last week.

“The decision is gonna come down to where I feel most comfortable and I have the best opportunity to get better and get a good education,” Williams said previously.

Williams is a two-time New York Post All-City selection who led the Railsplitters to the PSAL City Championship division title game this fall, the program’s first such appearance in 17 years.
