Being helped from the ring has Bart Scott vowing to get back in.

The Jets linebacker made his professional wrestling debut in the Thursday airing of “TNA iMPACT” on Spike TV.

It ended with an ankle lock from Kurt Angle, Scott being helped from the ring by security on one leg, and an announcer screaming “You’re going to ruin the Jets defense!”

Assigned to protect Hulk Hogan and his faction in an ownership dispute, Scott on Friday told ESPN he’ll be back for revenge.

“If anybody thinks they’re going to take out Hulk Hogan, he’s got somebody protecting his six,” Scott said of Hogan’s “Immortal” alliance.

“Kurt Angle’s gonna have to see me again, but this time I’m gonna have my big bros with me.”

TNA has not announced a future appearance by Scott, but it’s possible more from this week’s taping could be shown next Thursday.

It has been mentioned that the physical nature of Scott’s performance could violate his NFL player’s contract, and the Jets again did not comment on his appearance, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

The website writes, “If the team regards the conduct to be no big deal, common sense suggests that the team would say so. Common sense also suggests that, if the team regards Scott’s extracurricular activities as problematic, the Jets would say nothing publicly.”

However, if the NFL does lock out its players prior to a new collective bargaining agreement, Scott would be free for any activity he chooses.

Scott also reportedly has trademarked the phrase “Can’t wait!” which he used to end an ESPN interview leading into the Jets’ AFC Championship meeting with the Steelers.

“It took on a life of its own,” Scott told the network Friday. “It really took off on ESPN, it took over on YouTube. My wife said, ‘You should trademark it.’ Once I started to hear people were trying to make T-shirts, I said, ‘I tell you what, if anybody is going to benefit off ‘Can’t Wait’, it should be me.’ “
