The NBC Sports Group, together with The Jockey Club and six racetracks, will broadcast six crucial prep races on three Saturdays leading up to the 139th Kentucky Derby on May 4 at Churchill Downs. NBC will also show half-hour specials focusing on the Triple Crown trail the last two Saturdays in March and the first two Saturdays in April.
The “Road to the Kentucky Derby” series debuts on Saturday, March 23, from 6-6:30 p.m. on the NBC Sports Network.
