Goodbye to New York, hello to Spain. Goodbye to MLS, hello to La Liga, as ex-Red Bull forward Jozy Altidore was officially introduced as Villarreal’s newest signing.

The 18-year-old passed his physical and signed a six-year contract with the Yellow Submarine. He was unveiled at a presser and 200 fans came out to the proceedings. (I’m going to refrain from taking a low blow at the Red Bulls’ attendance here and simply say that’s some quality support.)
