It looks like Citi Field isn’t the only project on Fred Wilpon’s docket.

The Detroit Free Press writes of Wilpon’s $4 million donation to help rebuild the University of Michigan’s Ray Fisher baseball stadium.

The paper says the $10 million remodeling project saved the stadium and transformed it into one of college baseball’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Wilpon graduated from the school in 1958.
