Mike Tyson and Jake Paul’s recent trip to St. Barts sounds like it was a wild time.
According to Tyson, the boxers experimented with psychedelics while partying together in the Caribbean.
“I’ve been smoking with him forever, I did some shrooms with him as well,” Tyson said on the latest episode of his “Hotboxin'” podcast, which was co-hosted by Celtics legend Paul Pierce. “I was with him in St. Barts not too long ago partying.”
Paul and Tyson rang in the new year in St Barts with Drake, Jeff Bezos and more A-List stars on the lavish island.
WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo was a guest on the March 17 episode. Paul became a topic of discussion on the podcast when Pierce said, “Mike is supposed to fight Jake Paul.”
Tyson claimed that was not in the works.
“Nobody told me that,” Tyson said, adding that Paul “ain’t got no f–king money. So where’s the f–king contract?”
He denied ever hearing about a potential fight with the YouTuber-turned-pro boxer. Paul is 5-0 with four knockouts in his pro fighting career, but has yet to face an established boxer. Rumors of the two squaring off have been circulating for months.
“I’ve never heard this from nobody, I’ve just heard this from you guys. We got to get some more man s–t, blue-eyed, blonde hair, that s–t is very expensive, we need to get some more money, man,” Tyson said.

“A billion bucks,” he said.
In January, multiple reports claimed that Tyson had agreed to a bout with Paul. However, that never materialized. The Sun reported that both sides were in “advanced talks” about headlining a big money pay-per-view.
That same month, Tyson said he had no interest in fighting Paul, or anyone else for that matter.
“I’m not even interested in doing this stuff. If it was back when it first started, yes, and we were both fighting on the same card and both active, yeah I would do it, but it just turned bad. It didn’t turn out right,” he said on the “Just Send” podcast with UFC President Dana White.
Jake is not the only Paul brother that Tyson’s taken drugs with. Back in Dec. 2020, Tyson took four grams of magic mushrooms while on Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast.
