MLS announced the list of players eligible for selection in Stage 2 of the 2011 MLS Re-Entry Draft, which will be held on Monday at 2 p.m.

As was Stage 1, the Stage 2 Draft will be conducted in the same order as the traditional Waiver Draft, with Montreal selecting 19th.

Each club can pick a player from the eligible player list or pass. The draft goes on until all 19 clubs have either picked a player or passed on the available players.

In Stage 2, clubs can pick from players who were available but went undrafted in Stage 1 this past Monday, and haven’t reached a new agreement with their 2011 club. If a player is out of contract, the drafting club must make a genuine offer to the player within a week. In the event that no agreement is reached, the drafting club will hold the right of first refusal for that player in MLS.

Teams can pick their own players in Stage 2 ONLY after all other clubs have passed on those players. If a player isn’t picked, that player will be available on a first come, first served basis to all clubs.
