We’re live at UFC Freedom 250, where, yes, there are cage fights happening on the White House South Lawn.

Love or hate it, we’ll have it all as we are in-person both at the Ellipse where there will be seven fights on the card, two massive title fights, and the promotion’s biggest stars featured in Ilia Topuria and Alex Pereira.

Between Donald Trump’s birthday and 80,000 rambunctious fans at the Ellipse, it’s a spectacle that we may never see again.

The fight card is slated to begin at 8 p.m. ET, although a thunderstorm watch over the Washington D.C. area threatens to delay the entire event.

Any lightning within an eight-mile radius automatically gives a 30-minute pause for the event.

Rain, wind, or snow, we’ll be here to give you the latest on UFC Freedom 250 live from the White House.

Trump departs for G7

By Emily Goodin

President Trump departed for the G7 summit in the early morning hours of Monday, shortly after the conclusion of the UFC matches at the White House.

He boarded Air Force One shortly after 3 am local time, still in his suit from the match.

Trump will spend three days in Evian, France, where he'll meet with world leaders on a variety of topics, including reopening the Strait of Hormuz now that his Iran peace deal is finished, the economy, and the war in the Ukraine.

WASHINGTON -- Clear round three for Justin Gaethje. I still have it scored 29-28 Topuria but Gaethje is gaining on him and clearly has the momentum. Could also be looking at a doctor's stoppage here with Topuria's cuts in the face.
