BALTIMORE – The local forecast calls for rain today with a high of 74 degrees, and morning showers tomorrow with temperatures dropping to the mid-60’s.

Most of the Preakness runners either have run well over an off-track or are bred to handle the mud, but Pimlico strongly favors speed horses when it’s wet.
