2ND RACE – Favored Somethingaboutyou battled for the early lead with Maybe Its True but was able to put that one away on the far turn. She then faced a new challenge from Brown Butter. The two horses battled through the stretch but once Raul Rojas hit Brown Butter left handed, she veered out and lost momentum, allowing Somethingaboutyou to gain the victory. It was also the first victory for Eddie Martin Jr. since he switched his tack to New York. Chuck Del Preto is his agent.

5TH RACE – The string of longshots at the Aqueduct meet continued as Ballymist made a three wide move to gain the lead and easily held off Paige Nicole for the victory at 19-1. Favored Crayda set the pace but then tired badly and ended up last.

6TH RACE – The Pick Six carryover was virtually guaranteed as first time starter Mondo Diverso made a strong move on the turn and then ran down pacesetting Zipperoo for the victory at 22-1.

Favored Neverabettercity was never a factor despite finsihing third.

8TH RACE – Chili Cat stalked the early pace while three wide and then made a three wide to for the lead. Pacesetting Magic Momentum was game on the front end and the two horses battled to the wire together, with Chili Cat narrowly getting up for the victory.

9TH RACE – The Pick Six was guaranteed not to be hit no matter who won the race. Jockey Alan Garcia won his third race of the afternoon as he guided Lady Jove to an impressive victory at 22-1.

What’s Your Point tried to make wide move on the far turn but lost all momentum when bumped by Tiffany’s Rodeo. Lear Jet Set started to pull up on the far turn and was vanned off.
