This will be a life-changing year for Kenny Pickett in more ways than one.
Over the weekend, the Pittsburgh quarterback, 23, announced his engagement to girlfriend Amy Paternoster — one month after he declared for the 2022 NFL Draft.

You make me a better person and I could not imagine life without you. I love you more forever and always!!” Pickett wrote Sunday on Instagram.
In a series of photos, Pickett is seen on one knee as he pops the question to Paternoster, a fellow athlete and senior at Princeton University. A close-up of Paternoster’s stunning ring appears later in a separate shot.

Just last month, Paternoster accompanied Pickett to New York, where he finished third in the Heisman Trophy voting.
“My favorite date,” she gushed at the time, to which Pickett replied, “Same time next weekend.”
