The paternity case brought against Tiger Woods by porn star and alleged mistress Devon James was thrown out by a Florida judge Tuesday, TMZ reported.

In June, James, 29, alleged the golfer was the father of her nine-year-old son and filed a claim for Woods to submit a DNA test. She said she met Woods while attending a Christian school program at age 19.

But the judge dismissed the claim Tuesday as James failed to appear in court and because the adult film star does not even have custody of the child — he is currently in the custody of James’ mother.

James’ mother, Sandra Brinling, had described her daughter as a “pathological liar.”

“[My daughter is] only out to lie, steal and cheat,” Brinling told RadarOnline in June. “All she is looking for is to get money from [Woods].”
