Red Bulls captain Thierry Henry didn’t meet the press today, but he did have a lengthy chat with Fox Business on his love of New York, MLS and the future prospects for the league.

Among the tidbits were the fact he raked in $21 million last year – $5.6 million in salary from the club/league – and his hopes and expectations that eventually the passionate New York/New Jersey fan will someday support the Red Bulls as their local team rather than their team from “bigger” leagues abroad.
