The Patriots have signed WR Torry Holt to a one-year contract, according to a CSN report.

New England could use some depth at the position with Wes Welker recovering from knee surgery.

Holt had 51 catches for 722 yards last season with the Jaguars after playing the first 10 years of his career with the Rams.
