George Kokinis is out as Browns general manager and finding a replacement may not be that easy for owner Randy Lerner.

The National Football Post’s Michael Lombardi reports that the potential replacements he has spoken to have all said they would avoid the position because head coach Eric Mangini has said he will be a part of the hiring process.

“Yeah, Randy and I talk a lot, so I’m sure we’ll be very engaged in that,” Mangini said.
