RICE SLICES ST. RAYMOND’S
Rice got 29 points from Chris Fouch in a 90-60 win over St. Raymond’s yesterday at the Gauchos Gym in The Bronx. This, after St. Raymond’s surrendered a 17-point third-quarter lead in an overtime loss to Christ the King Friday.
“I think they were still stunned by that,” Rice head coach Mo Hicks said.
Christ the King won again yesterday, knocking off Xaverian, 64-57. Erving Walker led the Royals with 15 points and they won despite Malik Boothe and Ryan Pearson leaving the game with injuries.
