Kyle Flood has completed his coaching staff at Rutgers, naming Jim Panagos the defensive line coach.

The Big East school announced the hiring on Tuesday, roughly three weeks after Flood was chosen to replace Greg Schiano.

Panagos spent the past five seasons at Central Florida, where the team ranked ninth nationally in total defense. Prior to moving to Orlando, Panagos was an assistant with the Minnesota Vikings.

Schiano is now coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
