Congress had Bud Selig, Donald Fehr and Sen. George Mitchell in its chambers today to talk about the Mitchell Report and performance-enhancing drugs in baseball.
The first player hit hard in the session was Miguel Tejada. Congress asked the Justice Department to investigate if Tejada lied to House committee staff when he was interviewed in 2005 in connection with the Rafael Palmeiro steroids case.
