Julysses Nobles scored a career-high 19 points to lead Arkansas to a 71-62 win over Seton Hall last night in the SEC/Big East Invitational at Freedom Hall in Louisville.

Marshawn Powell added 12 points and 10 rebounds while Rotnei Clarke and Mardracus Wade scored 11 points for the Razorbacks (6-1), who used a late 11-0 run to put away the Pirates.

Jordan Theodore led Seton Hall (3-4) with 24 points, but the Pirates ran out of gas after erasing a 17-point lead.

Duke 83, Bradley 48

Andre Dawkins scored a career-high 28 points in his first start as top-ranked Duke (9-0) beat visiting Bradley 83-48.

It was coach Mike Krzyzewski’s 877th victory, moving him out of a tie with Kentucky’s Adolph Rupp on the all-time wins list and putting him just two behind North Carolina’s Dean Smith for second place behind Bobby Knight’s 902 wins.

Villanova 65, Penn 53

Senior guard Corey Stokes scored a career-high 34 points, including seven in a key second-half stretch, for No. 12 Villanova (8-1).

UConn 78, FDU 54

In Storrs, Kemba Walker scored 21 points to lead four Huskies in double figures.

Hofstra 89, Bing. 85 (OT)

In Vestal, N.Y., Charles Jenkins scored a career-high 40 points, the first Hofstra player to reach that number since Speedy Claxton did it twice in the 1999-2000 season, to lead the Pride (5-3).

Iona 88, LIU 82

In Brooklyn, Mike Glover scored 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Gaels (6-3). Julian Boyd led the Blackbirds (5-3) with 20 points.
