TODAY’S PLAY: In the sixth race, Archwarrior is a highly regarded firster from the Pletcher barn with excellent works coming into this spot. Play a $30 exacta of Archwarrior with Rugged. Also play a $10 exacta part wheel of Archwarrior with Air Squadron and Ithastobegeorge. Total bets: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Regal Strike got the job done but Temecula Creek could not give us the exacta. After scratches, lost $40.

TODAY’S PLAYS: Let’s play $10 to win on first-time starter Brickyard Kitten in the second. Then $20 doubles using Geantor and Reggie D in the fifth with Archwarrior in the sixth. Total bets: $50.

YESTERDAY’’S RESULTS: The off conditions were to Weekend Hideaways liking as he romped home to provide us an $85.50 payoff. Cat Ferrad scratched in the finale. Won $55.50.

TODAY’S PLAYS: In the sixth race, Archwarrior, a 2-year-old colt debuting for Todd Pletcher, is being touted as the next Triple Crown winner. Total bets: $50 to win at oddson.

YESTERDAY’S RESULT: In the first race, Tightend Touchdown ($30 win, $20 place) struggled over the swampy, torn-up turf and finished seventh at 7-2. Lost $50.

ANTHONY AFFRUNTI

TODAY’S PLAY: Not sure what track will look like, but we will take $10 to win on Keyaly in the fifth race and bet the remaining $40 on Archwarrior with the Hall of Fame jockey Johnny Velazquez in the saddle in the sixth race. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Skies opened up and finally so too did Luigi P, who for once had daylight in the stretch and ran to it, hitting the wire at 22-1 returning $47 for the $10 win bet. Profit of $225 was added to by the scratch of Stock Fund in the sixth which saved the $30 win bet. Won $225.
