Côte d'Ivoire 1 - 2 Norway
It's all over in Dallas!
A late Haaland goal sends Norway through to the Round of 16, while Ivory Coast's World Cup journey ends.
Ivory Coast dominated the first 30 minutes, but Norway took the lead six minutes before halftime.
Nusa dribbled into the box, with Pepe allowing him space, then cut onto his right and bent a superb strike into the top corner.
Haaland and Sorloth nearly doubled the lead before the break, but it remained 1-0 at halftime.
Amad came on for Ivory Coast and made a huge impact, clearing a Heggem shot off the line to deny Norway a 2-0 lead.
Then, in a moment of magic, Amad played a one-two with Pepe, beat Moller Wolfe and Berge with close control, and buried his shot from inside the box to make it 1-1.
Haaland had been quiet, but he delivered a special moment with just four minutes left!
Bobb found Berg's run in behind, and Berg cut it back to Haaland.
The striker almost scuffed his shot, but watched it dribble across the goal line to send Norway into the Round of 16.
Norway finished with a higher expected goals (2.02 xG) compared to Ivory Coast (1.36 xG).
Ivory Coast made memories by getting out of the groups for the first time, but their 2026 World Cup run is over.
Norway now faces Brazil.
Can they beat the five-time winners and reach the quarter-finals?
Thanks for tuning in!
