Aaron Glenn started his job as Jets head coach before he had it.
Glenn reportedly left a long meeting Tuesday at the facility with a five-year contract in place and began getting a jump on responsibilities before even signing on the dotted line.
Who can blame him? Turning around the franchise with the longest playoff drought in major North American sports (since 2010) is a big undertaking.
