Brittany Matthews is loving Patrick Mahomes’ pre-game day look.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Saturday, the wife of the Chiefs quarterback swooned over the signal-caller, who will open the season on Sunday against the Cardinals in Arizona.
“Boy, you my SNACK,” Matthews gushed, adding a drool face emoji beside her message.

In an Instagram Story, Brittany Matthews said of Patrick Mahomes, “Boy, you my SNACK.” Instagram/Brittany Matthews via the ChiefsMahomes, 26, is entering his sixth year in the league and is ready to bounce back this season after falling short of a Super Bowl berth in January. The Bengals defeated him and the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game, 27-24.
“I’m still not over it,” Mahomes told ESPN in February following the loss. “I don’t think I’ll be over it until we’re playing in another Super Bowl. So I’ll use that as motivation going forward.”
The Chiefs will have a quick turnaround between games this week, as they’re set to face their division rival Chargers in a “Thursday Night Football” matchup on Sept. 15. Until then, the focus is on the Cardinals and for Mahomes, a showdown against his former Texas Tech coach, Kliff Kingsbury.

When Mahomes does take the field on Sunday afternoon, the four-time Pro Bowler will be supported by his two biggest fans: Matthews, 27, and their 1-year-old daughter, Sterling Skye.
The longtime couple, who began dating in high school, tied the knot in a lavish Hawaiian ceremony back in March. Two months later, Matthews — a co-owner of the Kansas City Current soccer team — announced that they’re expecting their second child, a baby boy.
