Charissa Thompson admittedly couldn’t look away when she said she saw someone sexting on a flight.

The Fox Sports personality — who also serves as the host of Amazon’s “Thursday Night Football” — recalled the situation in the latest episode of her “Calm Down” podcast with Erin Andrews, saying that it made her question whether she should “spice” up some things in her life.

“You know when you’re sitting next to someone and that screen is so bright, and you can’t help but look over and I don’t want to look over…Now I’m reading the texts,” Thompson said as she and Andrews were discussing memorable travel stories. It’s unclear when the event took place.

“I’m trying so hard not to look, but now it’s an older individual and there was sexting and pictures. I was like, ‘Oh my god stop looking,’ and then I was like, ‘Wait I want to look. I want to see what’s happening here,'” Thompson said while Andrews gasped with every new detail.

“They were sexting on their phone, but the the font was so big…It wasn’t bad but it was enough. Then I looked at the person and was like, maybe I need to spice it up here because there is something going on here with this situation.

“I couldn’t help it, I kept looking over. I felt like such a perv…They didn’t actually see me [staring], but they should have because I was very obvious…like stop looking at people’s sh-t Charissa, rude.”

Elsewhere in the episode — titled “Sexting on the Plane” – both Thompson and Andrews also recalled separate occasions when they were seated on a flight next to famous supermodels.

The Fox Sports personalities are known for their unfiltered conversation in their “Calm Down” podcast episodes.

In April, Thompson was brought to tears on the podcast while discussing her divorce from sports agent Kyle Thousand after two years of marriage.
