Nick Kyrgios’ latest U.S. Open win had girlfriend Costeen Hatzi on the edge of her seat.
One day after the 27-year-old Australian athlete defeated the reigning champion, Daniil Medvedev of Russia, Hatzi quipped in an Instagram Story that she craved a certain beverage afterward.
“A cocktail was needed after the stress of the match lol,” the social media influencer, 22, captioned a video, in which she’s seen carrying a drink.

Kyrgios will now face Russian Karen Khachanov in the quarterfinals at Arthur Ashe Stadium on Tuesday night.
“I hadn’t won a match on Ashe before this week, now I’ve won two against two quality opponents,” Kyrgios said Sunday. “I feel like I’ve been able to showcase [my ability]. There’s a lot of celebrities here, a lot of important people here watching. I wanted to get on that court and show them I am able to put my head down and play and win these big matches.”
Kyrgios, whose on-court theatrics were once again on full display, also praised Hatzi for her support.
