Post thoroughbred handicapper John DaSilva will serve up his Belmont Stakes selections today at noon at Gallagher’s Steak House.

DaSilva heads of panel of racing experts at the Power Lunch and handicapping seminar, priced at $65, including lunch, a commemorative glass, and a donation to the Thoroughbred Retirement Fund.
