But in honor of everyone’s favorite beagle, you could sum up the Jets passing game against the Giants on Saturday with one word: Woof.
The offensive starters played two series, and they looked like they were not sure the forward pass was legal.
Justin Fields went 1-for-5 passing for 4 yards and ran once for 5 yards. On the second series, the Jets ran the ball 10 straight times before Fields attempted a pass on third down and threw it late to Garrett Wilson for an incompletion.
