A “GOAT” cake isn’t the only sweet gift Tom Brady received for his 45th birthday.

On Wednesday, Gisele Bündchen posted a heartfelt Instagram tribute to the Buccaneers quarterback.

“Happy birthday to one of the most focused, disciplined and fashionable person I know!” the 41-year-old supermodel began on Instagram. “@tombrady you are so loved and we are always here cheering for you and wishing you all the most wonderful things in life.”

Though Bündchen herself didn’t appear in the post, the couple’s two children did, as Brady is seen posing with daughter Vivian, 9, and son Benjamin, 12, after a Buccaneers game. The seven-time Super Bowl champ also has a son, 14-year-old Jack, with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Brady, who has been married to Bündchen since 2009, has long been passionate about fashion. He dipped his toes into the apparel business this year with the release of his Brady brand which boasts workout gear, swimwear and even underwear.

Bündchen previously quipped to WSJ Magazine that Brady is the fashion maven in their household.

“He loves clothes way more than I do,” she said. “He has great taste and understands and really cares about what people want, what can help them feel good. That’s what fashion is about.”

Brady is preparing for his 23rd season in the NFL after a brief, 40-day retirement. Though Brady is zoned in on the upcoming year, he solidified his post-football plans in May, agreeing to a 10-year, $375 million deal to join Fox Sports as their lead NFL analyst.

When Brady does slide into the booth, it’s likely his Sunday best will be on full display.
