The noise was considerable, criticism raining down on Aaron Rodgers and the Jets from all angles for his unexcused absence from this week’s two-day minicamp.

But if there should be concern over a player missing these two Jets workouts, it’s not the superstar quarterback.

Rodgers, it should be noted, has been around all spring for the optional OTAs.

Rodgers’ mystery detour may not be good optics, but it’s much ado about nothing. There isn’t any concern over whether he’ll be there once training camp opens in late July.
