Thaddeus Hall, Thomas Jefferson’s sharpshooting 6-foot-5 wing who led the Orange Wave to the PSAL Class AA final, verbally committed to South Carolina last night, he told The Post.

Hall, who averaged 25 points per game during the playoffs, picked the Gamecocks over St. John’s and Maryland.
