The last time the Sixers and Knicks faced off in the postseason — 35 years ago, believe it or not — there was a sweep, a broom and good ol’-fashioned animosity.

“F–k Charles Barkley,” Oakley told Sports+. “He talks too f—king much anyway.”

Oakley isn’t kidding. This isn’t like Josh Hart ribbing one of his teammates and jumping on a podcast with him an hour later.

Oakley has hated Barkley for a long time (just read his book with Frank Isola, “The Last Enforcer”).
