America’s Most Wanted Team is in mid-season form. Bengwad linebacker/perp A.J. Nicholson was arrested Friday when he allegedly got in touch with his inner-Ike Turner and roughed up a girlfriend. If only A.J. could have brought that toughness to the football field, he might have played in more than two games last year … Speaking of Ike, he was ar rested then released last week in L.A. on an old nar cotics warrant that was ruled invalid. If they’d really wanted to lock him up, they should have checked for fresh warrants in the spousal abuse file.
