Pregnant Gisele Bündchen is “excited” about what’s to come.
The Brazillian supermodel, who is expecting her third child and first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, is looking ahead at “this new chapter openly,” a source told People on Monday, days after news of her pregnancy broke.
“[She] wanted to keep it private for as long as she could, doing so was starting to be a challenge,” an insider said of Bündchen, 44, who co-parents son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, with her ex-husband, Tom Brady.

Brady, who learned of Bündchen’s pregnancy from the source privately, was said to be “stunned” by the revelation.
“Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquin but he never imagined they would be having a child together,” a source told Page Six late last month.

Bündchen is “several months along,” according to People, with a source telling the publication that she and Valente “are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”
Bündchen was first photographed with Valente in November 2022. An insider told Page Six in February the couple is “deeply in love.”
