At last we get a postseason baseball series between the Yankees and the Blue Jays, between New York City and Toronto (which is, in many ways, the New York City of Canada). We will at last birth a sporting rivalry between these two behemoth burgs, separated by a 491-mile drive, one body of water (the Niagara River), either of three bridges (Peace, Rainbow or Lewiston-Queenston) and one international border.
