CNN personality/pervert Richard Quest was ar rested over the weekend after cops found him in Central Park with methamphetamine in his pocket, a sex toy in his boot and a rope tied around his neck and genitals. It’s hard to say which is more shock ing: Quest’s rodeo act with his crotch, or that the sex toy was in his boot . . . Props to Kenya, which yesterday increased its lead in Boston Marathon winners to 17-0 over HondoNation.
