PHOENIX — Joe Douglas is very familiar with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Jets general manager spent three years as the right-hand man to Philly general manager Howie Roseman and won a Super Bowl with the Eagles before Christopher Johnson hired him to take over the Jets.
