Kate Upton grinned from ear to ear Tuesday as she supported husband Justin Verlander at his introductory press conference at Citi Field.
Joined by their 4-year-old daughter Genevieve, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum, 30, smiled from the front row as the Mets introduced the three-time Cy Young-winning pitcher, who agreed to a two-year, $86 million contract earlier this month following five and a half seasons with the Astros.
For the big day, Upton rocked a purple top, matching slacks and black-heeled booties while Genevieve was dressed in a pale pink ensemble.

The media session came days after Upton and Verlander, 39, enjoyed a tropical getaway in St. Barts, where they stayed in a $450,000-per-week villa.
The couple, who celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in November, was photographed splashing around in the water a short while after Verlander joined the Mets.
It’s been a whirlwind of an offseason for Verlander, who recently earned his second World Series title with the Astros. Upon defeating the Phillies in Game 6 of the series, Verlander celebrated with Upton and Genevieve at Minute Maid Park in Houston.

Mets fans have since welcomed Upton into the fold, expressing how excited they are to see the supermodel at Citi Field this season.
“Welcome to the Mets fam,” one fan posted on Instagram while another exclaimed, “See you at Citi Field!”
