So much can change across 43 days in an NBA season. Especially during the playoffs.

These series drain teams, force lineup changes and cause even the most cohesive and dominant groups to inevitably get out of sync at some point.

There’s a reason that, before the 2026 postseason began, only two other teams in league history had ripped off at least 12 wins in a row once the tournament began.

The Knicks, though, have managed to overcome just about everything since they last lost 43 days ago.
