Most fans had already headed to the exits of Bud Walton Arena before No. 6 LSU finished its rout of Arkansas on Friday night.
Who could blame the home crowd for wanting to beat the traffic as the Tigers already had put the game away?
After the final horn sounded and the video board showed the Tigers (16-0) had dismantled the Razorbacks 98-64, LSU forward Aneesah Morrow stepped in front of a camera and put a headset resting on her sweat-soaked hair.
Morrow told the game’s broadcast that LSU did exactly what it planned to do.
